Moving Through Fear With Grace

The natural reaction to the feeling of fear is to move away from its source; from whatever is creating the feeling of fear within us.

As we move away from the source, its power grows.
The feeling intensifies.

As we move towards the source, its power diminishes.
The feeling dissipates.

While the sensation of fear is real, our identification with it is illusory.

And the only power illusion has over us, is our belief in it. When we accept that we are not the feeling of fear any more than we are the source of it, we can observe it as pure experience. Purely phenomena.

From this awareness, we can begin to move towards fear and through it, with grace.
