Self Doubt is a Waste of Time

One of the biggest reasons self-doubt is self-defeating is not just the feeling of incompetence, unworthiness, and fear; but that we spend valuable time agonizing whether or not we’re capable, instead of actually spending our time solving the problems in front of us. Problems that if we confronted would actually increase our self-confidence.

We ask ourselves questions like:

Can I do this? Am I good enough?

Instead of questions like:

What’s the best way to understand this?

How do I make the most of this opportunity? This time?
